PLACES TO RIDE - OKLAHOMA |
|
This page was developed to to
inform you of different places to ride. We've been riding quads since the early
90's, so our focus is
on those riding areas that allow quads. We included as much info as possible for
dirt bikes, but you may want to contact the various facilities for the
latest track info. We've tried to give as much info as we could for
each place that we've been to and we hope you'll find it beneficial when inquiring
about a place to visit. If you're thinking of visiting one of these place and have some questions like travel
time, places to stay and eat etc, send us an
email and we'll try our best to help you
out. Also, if you know of a great place to ride
quads, send us an
email
with the location, nearest larger city, type of riding, and a website or
contact information for the location and we'll gladly add it to our site. So load up the toys
and have fun!
Scroll down to check out
various riding areas. Feel free to come over and say "HI" if you should see us at your track or in the dunes. Stay young, have fun, play!
Ok, we didn't get a chance to ride here, seeing how it was a Monday and all. But it sure did help wake us up as we were heading from Missouri back to Arizona. We were cruisin' west on I-40 when we spotted Elk City Motor Speedway. We took the next exit and back-tracked to find it. The pictures below are as close as we could get. The 2 pictures of the track were taken from the freeway on-ramp. There is an mx track, a flat track with bleacher seating, and a R/C airstrip for planes. To get here, follow I-40 to exit 34 (Merritt Road). Head north on Merritt road for approximately 1/4-1/2 mile and turn left. Follow this road for another 1/4 mile and the facility will be on your left. We just followed the 2 signs in the pics below and had no problem.
