Once your payment is made we will receive an email with your order and you will receive a confirmation email that your order came through. When you shop online through PayPal we DO NOT receive any of your credit card billing info. We only receive your shipping address, your email, and your phone number. Upon completion of your order you should automatically be returned to our site, brmoffroad.com.
If you call in your order and pay over the phone with your debit/credit card your bank or card statement should show payment was to 'BRM Offroad Graphics'. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for phone-in orders. We do not accept checks, money orders, or COD. Orders are not put in line to print until payment is made in full.
We proof every order free of charge and do our best to get you a proof within 24-48 hours (business days). However, during our peak months your proof will be emailed to you within 2-4 business days, all based on current work load. Please watch for your email and if you don't see it check your junk/spam folder and give us a call 602-421-0880.

Below are screen shots if you request a Paypal e-Invoice, that allows you to use your PayPal account or Pay as a Guest and you can use your debit card, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

- All orders ship USPS and all shipping fees are set by the U.S. Post Office, unless FedEx is specified. Typically, USPS shipping days within the 'Lower 48' are 2-4 days in transit but not guaranteed. Time is set by the carrier, delays can be anticipated around holidays, backlog, if storms have slowed transit time down, or other unforeseen issues.
- Expedited orders ship FedEx, typically 2-3 days in transit, or let us know if you need to schedule a next day or 2-day AM delivery.
- International shipping is available upon request through USPS, or we can look up FedEx based on the destination address. Send us an email at [email protected] to inquire. Please email us if you do not see your country on our shipping list and we can look up service for your destination.
- Delivery Date is not guaranteed by BRM Offroad.
- BRM Offroad is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order has been delayed, lost, or damaged by the shipping carrier please contact them to inquire and follow their procedures.
Return Policy:
- All orders are proofed prior to printing and not scheduled to print until customer approves proof and/or changes. Orders are printed after approval and payment made.
- All of our templates are based on OEM plastic, unless otherwise stated.
- All Graphics have a 30 day limited warranty from the original date of purchase for manufacturer's defects only. It is the consumer's responsibility to inspect their order and contact us within these 30 calendar days. During the limited warranty period, BRM Offroad will replace, at our sole discretion, any defective, un-used graphic or offer a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return Authorization is required for all Non-personalized graphics and subject to a $25 restocking fee.
- Proof of purchase is required & product must be returned un-used on original backing paper as produced.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to a return and must include a tracking number of item being returned.
- Customer takes full responsibility for any errors or spelling mistakes they missed in their proof(s).
- Customized graphics are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to review your proof(s) carefully and communicate changes/corrections thoroughly.
- We do not accept returns that have been damaged, used, or tampered with.
- International customers are responsible for taxes, duties, fees, and VAT imposed by their country.
- BRM Offroad is not responsible for improper graphic installation or usage. Read your installation instructions thoroughly and follow carefully.
