Due to the complexity of designing all our graphics in the 2D world and then transferring them to a 3D object, there may be areas that don’t line up exactly in your produced graphic print. However, we have made every effort possible to make sure your graphics flow as accurately as possible, and that no critical portions of your design or sponsors are impacted. We have spent tedious hours creating templates in-house for your Polaris RZR graphics, ensuring maximum coverage and an optimal fit.

- Full Kit includes: Hood, Dash, Front Fenders, Doors, Bed Sides, & Tailgate. Add aftermarket door and/or roof graphics.
- Graphics are printed on top of the line air release vinyl to help with bubble-free installation and finished at 16mil with our High-Gloss laminate. We also offer a Cosmic (Sparkle / Glitter) or Matte laminate, both also finish at 16mil. Or you can upgrade any of the 3 laminates to our 21mil finish. ** Triple Crown winner for 2023 & 2024 and 2024 West Coast Ultra4 Champion, Kash Martinez, is still running his RZR 170 graphics (16mil) from the start of the 2023 season, and still looking great!
- Let us know if you would like your graphics printed on our ​Chrome or Holographic ​base (see example).
- Installation instructions included with every order and videos are on our FAQ page to help demonstrate.
- Free proofs with every order and fast turn around times.
How to Order:
- Select desired coverage for your Polaris RZR200 EFI race graphics.
- Choose from over 100 Design Styles​ and select your favorite.
- Enter your choice of colors. Background Color is typically something that is close to your plastic color, but not always. Enter Design Colors in order of preference.
- Add Driver Name & Number to graphics, or for your race plates ("Number Set" includes both side numbers, rear number, and visor number graphics).
- Pick your font styles for your name and number, they can be different.
- Add your sponsors if desired. BRM Offroad logo and Polaris logos are free if desired. We cannot add energy drink logos.
- All artwork is kept on file for individual area re-prints and will include all previous info added.
